
Florida Prepaid College Plan scholarships will be awarded to students in grades 9-12* in priority zip codes.
The Florida Prepaid College Foundation and the Florida Chamber Foundation will work with key local education leaders and organizations to identify and award scholarships to deserving high school students.
- Eligible students in priority zip codes must meet scholarship criteria, which will include:
- Grades 9 – 12*
- Crime-free and drug-free
- Economically disadvantaged
- Demonstrate exemplary promising efforts in their classrooms and communities while overcoming significant challenges in their life.
- Students must use the scholarship at a public college or university in Florida within six years of high school graduation and Plans cannot be transferred to another student.
- Students must be a Florida resident or a resident alien at the time of selection and award
* In the first year of the program, priority consideration will be given to students in grades 11 and 12, as they will most immediately benefit from the college scholarship.

The Path to Prosperity Scholarship Program seeks to raise $10 million in matching funds from businesses, organizations and private donors for college scholarships to children in priority zip codes.
With matching funds of $10 million from the Florida Prepaid College Foundation, together we can make an impact of up to $20 million to help more than 2,500 Florida students achieve their potential and rise out of poverty.
